All you have to do, really, is burn more calories then you eat. Keep track of what you are eating every day. Only eat when you&#039;re hungry, and stop when satisfied- meaning, barely full, but no hunger pains. Eat healthy; when exercising, fatty/sugary/greasy foods will defeat the purpose of all your work. It will make your weight loss slow down, meaning you won&#039;t receive wanted results as fast as you wanted.

Not eating or drinking enough won&#039;t hep much either- you&#039;ll just get very hungry and end up binging, or you&#039;ll be tired all the time. Not to mention dehydrated.
So eat, but only when you&#039;re hungry and in moderation. o_o

Excercise before and after meals- it doesn&#039;t have to be anything hard-core, it can be as simple as leg-ups or sit-ups, or a walk. If you&#039;re not able to do any exercises before or after a meal, that&#039;s fine. Just do exorcises before/after your other meals, if you can.

		<description>well what i do is i exercise first thing in the mroning. i know that is not for everyone. but it feels good to have an hour done first thing, so that if i am too busy later i have already worked out, but i do try and go for a walk and do something else in the evening.
also. i dont count calories. i eat healthy, lots of veggies, make smoothies from frozen fruit and healthy juice. hummus, chicken, spinach salads. but i let myself eat one sweet thing a day. lately its been 130 cal cheese cakes. SO SATISFYING. just what i need. and i eat them in the afternoon, and am finding i am not craving sugar at night like i used too. plus i keep busy. and eat when i am hungry. i havent been eating much lately, but thats without trying. i jsut try not to care so mmuch, and i do better then when i am stressing. so dont stress. dont take pills. try to work out 30 mins in the morning. and again in the evening if time. and eat when hungry! stop when full!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
